Deb Horton Counseling
Mindfulness Group info: You’re welcome to bring along an ally friend/family member/partner. There is plenty of parking at the rear entrance to the carriage house, where the group takes place. There is a handicap accessible entrance and bathroom. Mindfulness Group takes place in a smallish room. There will be chairs for everyone to sit on, though if you'd prefer, you can bring a cushion or feel free to sit on the carpeted floor. After a short introduction and instruction, we will have a quiet meditation for approximately 20 minutes. Afterwards, there will be a brief dharma talk (inspiration/wisdom) followed by discussion. I know it's hard to come to these groups, especially for the first time! If you have more questions about this group or what to expect, please reach out to me. [email protected]
