I see adults, age 18+ who live in NH, VT, MA, and OK.

Payment and Insurance

Private pay rate is $155/session.

For insurance that I am not contracted with,

you can ask your insurance company if you have

an "out-of-network benefit".

*This means you pay the full session rate

(by cash, check, or credit card including HSA card) and 

then I provide you with a ‘super bill’/receipt that you submit 

to your insurance and they may reimburse you for a portion of it.

 United/Optum

Please review the No Surprises Act if you plan to pay out of pocket. 

Let me know if you have any questions about it before your appointment. Please request a Good Faith Estimate if you would like one (available if you're paying out of pocket and not using insurance either in or out of network). 

I see people in person in my office in Deerfield NH and I do telehealth using secure Zoom.

I don't see clients under 18. I see only individuals, not couples or families. And I am not in network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, though happy to see people out-of-network.*
